Harvest with Responsibility

Participants discover the many beautiful and significant elements of this lesser-known holiday. Some of the highlights of Shavuot are celebrating the harvest, commemorating the receiving of the Ten Commandments, and the reading of the beautiful story of Ruth. This workshop emphasizes the meanings, uplifting practices, and messages of this festival.

Workshop Materials

Participants receive a Shavuot Celebration booklet that contains information, prayers, quotes and recipes for the holiday. They also receive activities ideas for the family, table talk cards and other materials to enhance their knowledge and observances.
